Shota Getsadze
Judge of the Administrative Affairs Chamber of the Tbilisi Court of Appeal. He is considered a progressive-minded judge in the field of construction law. Its decisions are distinguished by a high standard of justification, where it actively relies on the Strasbourg case law.

◾️ From 2015 to the present, he is a life-appointed judge of the Administrative Affairs Chamber of the Tbilisi Court of Appeal;
◾️ 2011-2015 He held the position of the judge of the Tbilisi City Court and the chairman of the Administrative Affairs Board;
◾️ 2014-2016 He was a member of the governmental commission promoting the reform of the administrative offenses system of Georgia;
◾️ 2011-2017 He held the position of a member of the Supreme Council of Justice of Georgia;
◾️ 2007-2009 He was the head of the secretariat of the Administrative Affairs Chamber of the Supreme Court of Georgia;
In parallel with the judicial practice of administrative law, the trainer has been actively involved in academic activities since 2015.
◾️ Since 2018 - associate professor of Tbilisi Open University;
◾️ From 2016 to the present day - trainer of the Higher School of Justice in the direction of administrative law;
◾️ In 2014, he was an invited lecturer at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University in the field of administrative law;
