Gvantsa Kharebava

Practicing lawyer, on behalf of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, she has participated in more than one difficult category of tax disputes, which she successfully concluded. In addition, she has to actively work on complex tax issues in the Tbilisi City Court, therefore she is well aware of the practice of tax authorities and courts in relation to tax issues.

◾️ While staying at the Hennepin County Tax Court as part of the USAID exchange program, Gvantsa got acquainted with the judicial practice in the USA in the direction of tax law.

◾️ Gvantsa is also a doctoral student of TSU, in the direction of tax law, he has actively carried out research activities in the leading universities of the European Union.
