Nana Gasishvili

Practicing lawyer and intellectual law expert. She is an employee of the Legal Assurance Division of the Legal Department of the National Intellectual Property Center - "Sakpatenti".

In her daily activities, she actively participates in such matters, which are relevant and complex, discussed by National Intellectual Property Center “Sakpatenti”.

The trainer also participates in the activities of the Appellate Chamber at Sakpatenti, which is the body reviewing disputes related to intellectual property objects, as well as in court proceedings.

◾️ The trainer was educated at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, holds a master's degree in public law.

◾️ Nana is a graduate of the joint training program of the German Council of Foreign Affairs, the Carl Friedrich Gordeler College and the Robert Bosch Foundation - "Good Governance".

◾️ She is also a graduate of the training and professional development programs of the Sakpatenti Training Center and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Academy.

◾️ At different times, he was engaged in practical activities in the administrative bodies of Georgia and Germany. in Tbilisi Courts of Appeal, Supreme Court of Georgia and Saarland Federal Land (Saarbrucken) Courts.
