Shalva Julakidze

Doctor and Professor of Economics. About 35 works have been published under the authorship of Mr. Shalva, both in the direction of public procurement and management.

• Since 2017, Mr. Shalva has been the head of the procurement department of "House of Justice";

• 2015-2017 He held the position of the head of the state procurement service of the Department of Highways of Georgia;
