Inga Kvachantiradze

Judge

Judge of the Administrative Affairs Chamber of the Tbilisi Court of Appeal. He has 18 years of experience in dealing with cases in the category of tax law, and his name is associated with establishing court practice and determining the right legal direction for the development of the field. The decisions made by the trainer are distinguished by a high standard of justification.

An incomplete list of many years of work experience of a trainer looks like this:

◾️ 2003-2005 He held the position of Deputy Head of the Legal Department of the National Bank of Georgia, which was preceded by three years of experience as a lawyer;

◾️ 2005-2015 He held the position of a judge of the Administrative Affairs Board in the Tbilisi City Court;

◾️ 2016-2019 He was appointed as a judge of the administrative affairs panel of the Tbilisi City Court for a new term of office;

◾️ Since 2018, the position has been established for life, until reaching the age established by law;

◾️ From 2019 to the present, he is a judge of the Administrative Affairs Chamber of the Tbilisi Court of Appeal;

In parallel with the judicial practice of administrative law, the trainer has been actively involved in academic activities since 2008:

◾️ Since 2016, GIPA has been leading the course of administrative procedural law at the "Institute of Public Affairs" of the AAP, where he is an invited lecturer;

◾️ Since 2015, he has been an invited lecturer at the Caucasus International University;

◾️ Since 2010, he has been a guest lecturer at the University of Georgia and leads lecture courses in the following areas:
