Lasha Tsertsvadze
Doctor of Law and practicing lawyer, has been a member of the Legal Committee of the Georgian Chamber of Commerce and Industry since 2020, and since 2015 he has been the managing partner of FLS (Full Legal Service).
In 2011, he became a scholarship holder of the German businessman Joachim Hertz Foundation and received full funding at the Bucerius Law School, where he obtained a Master of Law & Business, Bucerius Law School & Who-Otto Beisheim School of Management;
In parallel with his legal practice, Lasha is an associate professor at Eastern European University and Tbilisi Free University, the author of more than one scientific article and a monograph on directors' obligations, as well as a co-author of a corporate law manual (USAID/JILEP) and a contract law manual (GIZ).
Lasha is the co-initiator and trainer of the program developed within the framework of the corporate law reform implemented with the support of the German Cooperation Foundation (GIZ) and East West Management Institute, Rule of Law in Georgia (USAID, East West Management Institute, PROLoG).
Within the framework of the association agreement, Georgia undertook to bring closer and harmonize with the legislation of the European Union. As part of the corporate law reform, on August 2, 2021, the Parliament adopted a new law "On Entrepreneurs", which came into effect on January 1, 2022.
