◾️ Selection of the optimal organizational and legal form of a legal entity tailored to the client’s interests and business activities;

◾️ Preparation of all necessary documentation for the establishment of any type of legal entity as provided by law (founding agreement, minutes of the partners’ meeting, charter, etc.), including registration of a branch of a foreign enterprise;

◾️ Revision of the existing company charter and bringing it into compliance with the requirements established by the new Law of Georgia on Entrepreneurs;

◾️ Convening and organizing partners’ meetings, drafting minutes of the meeting, and appealing decisions adopted through the minutes;

◾️ Preparation of an employment contract with the company director and representation before the common courts in case of its breach to ensure liability enforcement;

◾️ Preparation and publication (on the official portal) of internal corporate documentation required for capital (including share capital) increase or reduction;

◾️ Representation in disputes between company partners and/or members of the board of directors.
